Due to our continued growth, a Sales Support Administrator is required to join our busy Hobby Sales team to provide pro-active and professional administration support. The role will facilitate the smooth running of the telesales team through providing user friendly sales communications, data and reports.
You will be supporting the Hobby sales account handlers in all aspects of administration and your role will include creating and distributing daily sales customer communication, generating new release sheets, running reports, interrogating internal systems and manipulating data to provide the team with information. You will also support with customer service tasks including managing customer enquiries and processing new sales enquiries.
You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing. You will have strong IT skills including intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience– you will be confident using formulae, VLOOKUP etc, ideally you will also be familiar with SAP and have experience with graphics layout.
